Refund Policy

We want you to feel safe when shopping with us. If you wish to make a return, the following rules apply:

Return Conditions

• Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date you received your order.
• The product must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging for the return to be approved.
• The customer is responsible for arranging the return and bearing the return shipping costs in the event of a return.
• We recommend sending the return with tracking.
• We do not accept returns of used products or if the packaging has been opened.

How to Make a Return

Before sending anything back, you must contact us at info@drpen.se for further instructions. Returns sent without prior contact unfortunately cannot be processed.

Refund

Once we have received and inspected your return, the amount will be refunded using the same payment method that was used for the purchase.
